Role Summary

Define architecture, standards, and deliver solutions end to end. This is a hybrid, generalist role that blends core platform design and engineering with hands-on, customer-facing delivery. What You Will Bring

  • 4+ years hands-on SAP engineering (most leads will have 6–10+), with strong ABAP and ABAP OO / modern ABAP skills

  • S/4HANA migration experience and solid SAP fundamentals including RAP and OData

  • Solid NetWeaver fundamentals: AS ABAP, Gateway/OData provisioning, transport strategy, performance tuning

  • SAP BTP familiarity with CAP on Node.js, XSUAA, Destinations, and Fiori expertise

  • Ability to translate business workflows into scalable, secure, reliable systems

  • Hands on use of AI tools with clear ideas for applying AI to development, testing, data, and support

  • Ownership mentality, crisp communication, comfortable deciding with 80 percent information

  • Move fast without breaking things, not afraid to learn new stacks, bring a we will figure it out attitude

  • You don’t need to be an expert at all but demonstrate strong ability to learn fast and having dedication to your craft is a must.

  • Total compensation: $200,000 to $400,000

  • Base salary: $150,000 to $250,000 plus meaningful founding equity
