Drive Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Work closely with Global Campaign Managers to align on priorities and delivery timelines
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Digital, and Regional Marketing teams
  • Support global-to-regional handoff and ensure stakeholders understand how to activate programs
  • Collaborate with and present to key sales specialists on program rollouts, account engagement strategies, and opportunity analysis.

Manage Program Development & Execution
  • Coordinate creation of assets, enablement materials, and program resources
  • Maintain program documentation, Confluence pages, and reporting dashboards
  • Track progress, flag risks, and keep teams aligned throughout development cycles

Support Multi-Channel Program Activation
  • Help package programs for use across digital, email, webinars, sales plays, and BDR outreach
  • Coordinate with channel owners to ensure programs are execution-ready
  • Gather activation feedback from regions and iterate programs for improvement

Deliver Reporting & Insights
  • Track program adoption, performance, and stakeholder feedback
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, streamline, or enhance programs
  • Provide clear updates to campaign leads and marketing leadership

Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in Program Management, Campaigns, Field Marketing, Demand Generation, or ABM
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects or programs from concept to delivery
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
  • Ability to translate strategy into clear, actionable steps
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple workstreams
  • Experience using marketing tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Asana/Jira, or similar

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in cloud, networking, or cybersecurity
  • Familiarity with technical buyer personas (IT, security, networking teams)
  • Experience supporting global or regional marketing teams
  • Understanding of multi-channel marketing (digital, email, webinars, sales plays)
