We’re looking for a Scientific Strategy & Communications Specialist — an exceptional scientist-writer-thinker who can help us translate breakthrough R&D into grants, patents, investor insights, and strategic scientific narratives.

This is a remote, flexible role with exceptional impact.

🌟 What You’ll Do

🔹 Write high-impact scientific content: grants, white papers and technical briefs
🔹 Lead or support NIH/NSF/DoD/DARPA grant preparation, including budget creation
🔹 Assist inventors with patent drafting, prior art research, and IP documentation
🔹 Support leadership with investor updates, scientific strategy documents, and financial analyses
🔹 Support leadership with preparation of high-quality research slides

🔹 Perform scientific and competitive research to strengthen strategic decisions
🔹 Collaborate across science, engineering, and business teams to shape Cahira’s R&D roadmap

🎓 What We’re Looking For

✔ B. Tech or higher degree in electrical engineering, bioengineering, biomedical engineering, materials science or related fields
✔ Organized, self-driven, and excited about deep-tech breakthroughs
✔ Passion for neurotechnology, bioelectronics, and next-generation brain-computer interfaces

✔ Strong scientific writing skills — thesis, publications or technical documents
