  • Support technical excellence by encouraging quality-focused, sustainable delivery practices

  • Partner with the Product Owner to maintain a transparent, prioritized, and healthy backlog aligned to customer needs and business objectives

  • Leverage team-level metrics to visualize progress, highlight trends, and identify opportunities for process improvement

  • Educate and support stakeholders in agile principles to improve communication, alignment, and expectations

  • Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you’ll need:

  • 5+ years of experience in a software development environment, with 3+ years dedicated to the Scrum Master role

  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and the ability to apply agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) to maximize team effectiveness

  • Proven facilitation skills, with the ability to lead meetings and workshops that result in alignment and clear, actionable outcomes

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to perform effectively in a fast-paced iterative environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

Additional Preferred Skills:

  • Foundational knowledge of technical practices, such as CI/CD pipelines or automated testing, to support SDLC maturity
