- Facilitate and coordinate portfolio- and team-level planning activities, including Agile Program Increment planning events (kickoffs, portfolio/train/program retrospectives), and ongoing iteration planning.

- Translate data into recommendations for process improvements, tooling investments, and resourcing adjustments.
Intake, Prioritization & Centralization
- Centralize intake processes across Risk Pricing to streamline onboarding and prioritization of new work.
- Maintain visibility into incoming requests, triage appropriately, and collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering Managers to align priorities with capacity and strategic objectives.

- Maintain and enhance Risk Pricing's domain-enablement resources: landing page, playbook, onboarding materials, naming conventions, and documentation cleanup.
- Drive faster onboarding and reduce duplication through clear documentation and centralized knowledge.
- Coach teams on common practices to scale consistent delivery patterns across teams/train.
Demonstrations, Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Organize and facilitate demos, targeted showcases, and tech innovation events (e.g., train-level tech demos) to surface learnings, celebrate wins, and enable cross-team knowledge sharing.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through retrospectives, actionable experiments, and meaningful follow-through on improvements.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Partner closely with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, Solution Engineers, Senior Scrum Masters, and program leads to align delivery with business outcomes.
- Facilitate open communication among stakeholders and support a sustainable, engaging work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, computer science, or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5+ years of Scrum Master experience, preferably in a portfolio or multi-team environment.
- Demonstrated experience in delivery coordination across programs and technical enablement work (tech debt, modernization, rollouts).
