CTERA Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) Team Lead to join our dynamic team, based in Boston, MA.
The SDR Team Lead plays a pivotal role in driving the front end of the sales engine by empowering, supervising, and developing a team of SDRs to identify, engage, and qualify prospective customers. This leadership position is ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments and are passionate about cultivating a high-performing team that creates new business opportunities.
- 2+ years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or a related field; understanding of outbound prospecting methods and best practices
- Availability in the Syracuse office 3 days per week
- Prior experience managing or leading an SDR or inside-sales team
- Outstanding leadership, coaching, and motivational abilities with a focus on supporting SDRs to exceed outreach and qualification targets
- Proven ability to communicate persuasively, establish rapport quickly, and deliver constructive feedback in a team setting
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a detail-oriented approach to managing team operations and individual development
- Data-driven mindset, leveraging CRM systems, analytics, and outbound tools, and sales metrics for performance optimization and targeted improvements
- Strong technical skills - Knowledge of the networking, IT/ storage/Security industry, as well as cloud-based solutions, is a plus
