You have a strong understanding of qualification processes and know how to motivate and inspire potential customers to schedule and show up to meetings with AEs. You are a quick learner and love to receive coaching and apply it immediately. You are well organized and know how to prioritize your day to handle a full workload. You enjoy a fast-paced, start-up environment and like to contribute your feedback to make a difference.

Responsibilities

  • Calling (100+ calls a day, click to dial), emailing, and chatting with Trial leads to generate curiosity and intrigue, leading to proper qualification and scheduling with our Account Executives
  • Nurturing free-use customers long-term until they are ready to grow into our paid solutions
  • Reaching out to Nurtured, Closed Lost, and Churned customers to spark new interest
  • Keeping great notes in the CRM and sharing feedback with leadership to guide strategy
  • Following up on no-shows to get them back on the calendar
  • Joining AE calls you set as part of your development to the next role
  • Creating instant meetings when both the prospect and an AE are immediately available

This is a hybrid role working Tues, Wed and Thurs in our Austin office and Mon and Fri working remote.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales over the phone with a history of overachievement.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and organizational skills. 
  • Target-driven and hard worker with a strong sense of urgency.
  • An interest and/or knowledge in the field service industry. 
  • Start-up experience preferred.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience working with HubSpot
  • Experience in the field service industry (HVAC, Plumbing, Locksmith, Construction, etc…)
