Time Proof USA is growing at an impressive pace. With strong lead flow and a proven model built on high-quality products and expert installation, we’re looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and scale our in-home sales team in the Dallas market.

About the Role

As the In-Home Sales Manager, you’ll play a critical leadership role in driving revenue growth by recruiting, coaching, and developing a high-performing team of In-Home Sales Representatives. This is a player-coach role—you’ll lead from the front, actively supporting deals in the field while building a culture of accountability, energy, and success.

This position is ideal for a strong closer and natural leader who thrives in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and manage appointments set by the Inside Sales team
  • Ride along on at least 5 in-home sales appointments weekly, providing real-time coaching and development
  • Support sales reps in closing deals by joining calls and in-home presentations as needed
  • Monitor team performance and implement strategies to hit daily, weekly, and monthly targets
  • Handle cancel/save appointments to recover and retain potential sales
  • Partner with the rehash team to re-engage prospects and maximize closing opportunities
  • Lead and facilitate ongoing sales training and development sessions
  • Set clear expectations, goals, and accountability metrics for the sales team
  • Foster a motivating, positive, and high-performance culture
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of successful Home Improvement Sales experience (1-Day bath or similar concept strongly preferred)
  • 2+ years of Sales Management experience preferred
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop top-performing sales teams
  • Strong business acumen, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable using technology, including iPads, CRM tools, and electronic contract systems
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and capable of thriving in a commission-driven environment
  • Willingness to be in the field and actively involved in closing deals
