Job Summary

This role sits within the New Business & Marketing team and serves as the operational backbone of the company’s growth efforts. The position supports both inbound business development opportunities and marketing initiatives, partnering closely with executive leadership, business development leads, and marketing strategists.

Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound business development inquiries and referrals, serving as the first point of contact for prospective clients.

  • Coordinate and draft business proposals, including gathering case studies, capabilities, and tailoring content to client needs.

  • Lead project management activities for complex RFPs, including timelines, budgeting, stakeholder coordination, and submission logistics.

  • Support business development operations through CRM management (Pipedrive), prospect tracking, outreach coordination, and conference planning.

  • Oversee marketing project execution, ensuring content calendars, newsletters, webinars, and social media initiatives are delivered on schedule.

  • Coordinate the creation of case studies by collecting performance results and creative assets from internal teams.

  • Manage logistics for PR activities, industry award submissions, media requests, and speaking engagements.

  • Drive process improvements across marketing and sales operations to increase efficiency and optimize workflows.

Qualifications and Job Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in Project Management, Production, Marketing Operations, or Business Development Support roles.

  • Previous experience working in an agency environment is highly preferred.

  • Proven experience coordinating proposals, RFPs, pitch processes, and new business initiatives.

  • Strong written communication skills and experience creating presentations and client-facing materials.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.

  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.

  • Familiarity with AI tools and workflow automation

  • Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2) is required.
