what you will do
  • Operate and maintain the radio access network (RAN) and transport (Tx) elements to ensure reliable service.
  • Configure and deploy RAN and transport change requests (CRs) and support validation and rollback as needed.
  • Monitor 2G/3G/LTE/5G performance and resolve hardware or configuration issues within agreed timelines.
  • Support large-node acceptance activities and perform periodic audits of key configurations and licensing.
  • Work end-to-end with customer support and cross-functional teams on customer service requests (CSRs) and incident resolution.
  • Provide clear technical solutions, document runbooks and baselines, and escalate to vendors when required.
  • Recommend and help implement process improvements and automation to reduce manual work and improve response times.

you will bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • +7 years of experience in RAN or transport (Tx) environments.
  • Solid knowledge of 2G/3G/LTE/5G network architecture and RAN technologies.
  • At least 5 years' practical experience with network operations, maintenance, or support (combined with overall RAN/Tx experience).
  • Good command of English (written and spoken) and proficiency with Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with Linux, basic database/storage concepts, and virtualization is an advantage.
  • Experience with any programming or scripting language is a plus (Python preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and customer-focused mindset; able to work under pressure and drive continuous improvement.
