As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving KNOREX's business growth and expansion into new verticals and new markets. We are seeking an energetic, high-output, and strategic sales professional to thrive in our fast-paced environment and drive significant business growth.

The ideal candidate possesses exceptional consultative selling skills to effectively address the evolving digital marketing needs of our clients. In this role, you will work closely with our passionate and driven team of SDR, Solutions Architect, and Account Manager. You will be responsible for proactively engaging leads, converting prospects, and generating a high volume of sales activity to drive adoption of the KNOREX XPO platform and our suite of services.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • New Business Acquisition: Source, identify, and secure new business opportunities with media agencies and mid-market enterprises.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key decision-makers and influencers to deeply understand their marketing objectives and align KNOREX’s solutions to meet their goals.
  • Product Expertise: Develop a comprehensive understanding of KNOREX’s products, positioning, pricing, and proposal models.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Implement targeted sales strategies that align with company revenue and profit objectives, consistently meeting or exceeding assigned quotas.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain excellent sales hygiene by tracking selling activities, contacts, deals, strategies, and reporting.
  • Professionalism & Representation: Conduct all business dealings with the highest level of professionalism, and represent KNOREX at key industry events and trade conferences.

Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of demonstrated success in digital media or ad tech sales.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep, solid understanding of ad networks, demand-side platforms (DSPs), exchanges, and the broader programmatic landscape.
  • Track Record: A proven history of consistently meeting and exceeding revenue targets and quotas.
  • Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, consultative selling, and closing skills.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to build meaningful, long-term relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
  • Soft Skills: Individually driven, highly motivated, personable, and collaborative. Must be comfortable managing multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication (written and verbal), presentation, and facilitation skills.
