The Senior Account Executive will drive enterprise growth by owning a defined market or segment and serving as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders. This role requires deep go-to-market expertise, disciplined commercial leadership, and the ability to orchestrate complex, multi-year transformation initiatives that deliver measurable customer and enterprise value. 

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven ability to build and sustain executive relationships across large enterprise and industry ecosystems. 
  • Experience shaping pursuit strategies, identifying whitespace, and capturing new revenue opportunities. 
  • Skilled at leveraging data, insights, and AI-driven intelligence to anticipate customer needs. 
  • Enterprise Value Architect with elite consultative selling skills and a modern GTM tech stack. 
  • Known for disciplined planning, operational rigor, and excellence in sales execution.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities: 

Market Strategy & Enterprise Growth 

  • Define and execute market strategies aligned to enterprise priorities, differentiated value drivers, and customer outcomes. 
  • Drive predictable, profitable growth through disciplined planning and demand creation. 
  • Expand Force’s presence by identifying whitespace and leading strategic pursuits. 
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, delivery, and product teams to align campaigns to customer priorities. 
  • Use insights and AI-driven data to anticipate market shifts and position solutions proactively. 

Commercial Leadership & Collaboration 

  • Lead executive-level pursuit strategies to elevate win probability and strengthen stakeholder confidence. 
  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver executive-ready proposals. 
  • Drive pipeline creation through insight-led advisory conversations. 
  • Apply rigorous qualification and deal governance to protect margins and improve forecast accuracy. 
  • Build senior sponsorship and accelerate deal momentum. 

Customer Value Creation & Advisory 

  • Partner with customer executives to diagnose root causes of GTM underperformance. 
  • Align Force methodologies to enterprise growth outcomes. 
  • Translate customer strategy into integrated Force solutions. 
  • Orchestrate multi-year, roadmap-based customer engagements. 
  • Facilitate discovery sessions that drive urgency, alignment, and measurable results. 
  • Ensure Force’s value is realized and expanded through ROI-based success metrics. 

Leadership & Force Brand Stewardship 

  • Model integrity, professionalism, and excellence in all interactions. 
  • Serve as an active ambassador of Force Management’s values and market leadership. 
  • Present a unified, high-impact presence. 
  • Demonstrate intellectual curiosity, humility, and commitment to continuous improvement. 
  • Contribute to thought leadership and strengthen Force’s brand with executive buyers. 
  • Operate with entrepreneurial ownership and accountability for customer success. 

Required Skills and Experience:  

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, consulting, or transformation advisory roles. 
  • Proven track record influencing C-suite stakeholders and shaping large-scale transformation initiatives. 
  • Expertise in value-based selling, deal strategy, and complex pursuit leadership. 
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills. 
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex customer engagements.
