Senior Enterprise Account Executive

Panoptyc is building AI that helps retailers protect revenue through real-time computer vision and human-in-the-loop intelligence. We work with thousands of retail locations and are expanding rapidly into enterprise grocery, convenience, and self-checkout.

We're looking for a Senior Enterprise Account Executive who thrives in an early-stage environment and can build enterprise business from the ground up.

Responsibilities
  • Source, qualify, and close enterprise retail opportunities.

  • Manage complex sales cycles involving executives, operations, LP, and IT.

  • Build relationships with strategic partners and integrators.

  • Travel regularly to conferences, customer meetings, and pilots.

  • Maintain exceptional CRM hygiene and follow-up discipline.

  • Coordinate with product, implementation, and customer success teams.

  • Represent Panoptyc professionally in executive meetings.

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years selling enterprise B2B software.

  • Track record closing large enterprise deals.

  • Experience creating pipeline rather than relying solely on inbound leads.

  • Outstanding organization and follow-up.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and startup environments.

  • Willing to travel frequently.
