About the Role

As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving direct sales growth by converting marketing leads, engaging at industry events, and generating new opportunities with a primary focus on regional and national banks, credit unions, and other financial institutions.

Reporting directly to our Director of Sales, you will be a key contributor to the sales organization - leading both day-to-day sales efforts and broader business development initiatives aimed at strengthening SBT’s presence within the banking ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a lead to customer cycle that allows you to exceed your sales and revenue target
  • Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets
  • Build and drive direct sales activities
  • Possess deep knowledge of business product offering and value proposition
  • Contribute to business development
  • Execute outbound campaigns and activities
  • Pipeline and forecasting management through SalesForce
  • Develop client portfolio
  • Contribute to co-marketing campaigns
  • At all times remain updated with competition
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience in the banking, fintech, or financial services technology sector.
  • Proven success generating pipeline and closing enterprise-level deals directly or through strategic partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate business value of enterprise SaaS or communication technologies to banking decision-makers (CXOs, digital transformation, payments, or compliance leaders).
  • Strong understanding of the banking ecosystem, including compliance, risk, payments, and customer engagement trends.
  • A track record of overachievement in competitive and fast-paced
  • Credibility in selling at all organizational levels and building strong client
  • Consultative or value-based selling experience
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven with a passion for innovation and customer
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent
