In this role you will orchestrate complex enterprise sales campaigns that demonstrate the power of unified preconstruction planning over fragmented, spreadsheet-based processes, fundamentally changing how construction companies approach their most critical planning phase.


Every day you will engage with diverse budget holders and decision makers - from CFOs to VPs of Preconstruction - developing trusted partnerships while architecting comprehensive solutions that bridge traditional silos and deliver measurable business impact across their organizations.


To thrive in this role you must excel at multi-threading enterprise relationships while maintaining a disciplined approach to pipeline management, combining sophisticated deal strategy with genuine consultative partnership. The Senior Account Executive will drive ConCntric's enterprise market expansion by orchestrating complex, multi-stakeholder sales campaigns. This strategic role requires sophisticated relationship building across organizational levels while navigating enterprise buying cycles to drive platform adoption among mid-market and enterprise construction firms. You'll be at the forefront of our mission, working with a dedicated team committed to delivering comprehensive value to the industry's most important players.


Responsibilities:

  • Orchestrate multi-threaded enterprise sales campaigns from prospecting through close ($50K-$250K ARR)
  • Develop and maintain relationships with multiple budget holders and decision makers within each account
  • Map and navigate complex organizational structures to identify and engage key stakeholders
  • Deliver compelling value propositions tailored to different personas and organizational priorities
  • Articulate clear differentiation between comprehensive platform value and point solutions
  • Build and execute sophisticated deal strategies that align multiple stakeholder interests
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting in CRM
  • Exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets while expanding platform adoption
  • Provide strategic market intelligence to inform product and go-to-market strategies
  • Be an active contributor to team culture and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers throughout their journey


Required Skills and Experience:

  • 7+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience
  • Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Track record of building new territories from scratch
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain C-level relationships
  • Strong understanding of enterprise buying processes and stakeholder dynamics
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales technology stack
  • Experience driving digital transformation and change management


Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Experience navigating complex technology ecosystems
  • Direct experience selling construction technology solutions
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Established relationships in commercial construction and real estate
  • Experience in high-growth startup environments
  • History of contributing to positive team culture in remote environments
  • Track record of success in remote work environments


Compensation:

$250,000 OTE, 50/50 base /commission
