Job Title: Senior Account Executive
Location: New York, NY preferred or East Coast Remote (Must reside in the USA and be willing to travel as necessary)
Note: Candidates located within commutable distance to an office location (Portland-OR, New York-NY, Evansville-IN, or Reston-VA) are required to report in-person 2x a week.

Comscore’s Commercial Team is seeking a Senior Account Executive to support our Strategic Partnerships team. This exciting role will manage the new business development and strategic growth for the team. The Senior Account Executive will interface both internally and externally to drive new logo acquisition and large innovative partnership for revenue growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Combine your market knowledge and industry expertise with a hunter mindset to generate new logos and new revenue opportunities within AI‑native companies, media platforms, publishers, technology firms, and adjacent ecosystems.
- Evangelize cutting‑edge AI research, cross‑media measurement, and forecasting analytics as strategic inputs to product, monetization, marketing, and investment decisions.
- You should be prepared to work with an entrepreneurial style that understands the Comscore product sets and can translate the value of our offerings into prospecting and account acquisition planning.
- Establish new logo relationships with commercial and business decision makers uncovering new opportunities and partnerships.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities through disciplined prospecting and relationship development
- Take the lead in proposal development, pipeline management and responding to RFPs. Build and collaborate our qualification & response strategies.
- Work collectively within Comscore’s sales support, client service, and product teams to cultivate focused solutions that help identify and close strategic up-selling opportunities.
- Manage the process of our sales reporting systems (eg, Salesforce), contract administration, and revenue tracking to meet quarterly goals
- Participate in creating, maintaining and updating annual/ quarterly strategic sales and business development plans.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape, and communicate insights to internal teams.
- Serves as a trusted and confident professional that can communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization at our clients and within Comscore.
What You’ll Need:
- 4-6 years of sales and business development experience within advertising, data, Artificial Intelligence, or Digital/TV/ Video media. Types of companies include Artificial Intelligence related companies, ad agencies, ad platform and technology companies, data and measurement companies.
- Self-Starter who thrives on opening doors, building relationships from scratch, and shaping early-stage conversations into meaningful commercial opportunities
- A hunter mentality who is curious about innovations in AI and the media ecosphere with an eye on looking for ways to find partnerships/drive business sales.
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue goals and experience structuring, negotiating and closing both large, complex deals as well as one off research projects.
- Deep understanding of data, AIs impact on consumer norms, cross-platform advertising, and the different roles of companies across the space.
- Strong analysis and presentation skills with a track record of using data to help drive client decision making and inform decisions.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the media advertising ecosystem from a buy-side and/or sell-side perspective. Keeps up with current trends and competitive actions.
- Technical experience in data strategy, analytics, and/or measurement.
- Possess a strong understanding of data and analytics as well as primary and secondary research and how this information can be applied to help clients to achieve their goals.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills a must.
- Ability to explain core and complex concepts in simple terms.
- Salary: $115,000 - $130,000 plus commission; Commensurate with experience.
