  • Building deep relationships with C-suite and senior leaders across operations, IT, merchandising, and finance

  • Collaborating cross-functionally with solutions engineering, product, finance, and legal to deliver tailored, high-value proposals

  • Driving growth through both new logo acquisition and expansion within existing strategic accounts

  • Staying ahead of trends in retail technology, AI, IoT, and in-store digitalization

Qualifications

Qualification we’re looking for:

  • Experience:
    • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a strong track record in retail technology, SaaS, IoT, or related sectors

    • Proven success closing large, complex deals (8-figure+), with experience in 9-figure multi-year agreements strongly preferred

    • Deep experience selling into large U.S. retailers and understanding of store operations, pricing, merchandising, and supply chain

    • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizations and influence executive stakeholders

    • Strong expertise in deal structuring, commercial negotiations, and long sales cycles (6–24+ months)

    • Ability to articulate and sell business value and ROI tied to digital transformation initiatives

    • Excellent communication, executive presence, and relationship-building skills

  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of selling to enterprise clients.
    • Go-getter mentality with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Abilities:
    • Ability and desire to achieve aggressive deadlines and sales targets.
    • Ability to be flexible to travel requirements: 50% (majority is Domestic travel) including trade shows and client visits.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with store digitalization solutions (ESL, pricing systems, IoT, computer vision, retail media, or in-store SaaS platforms)

  • Existing relationships with major retailers headquartered in Texas or the Southeast

  • Experience leading enterprise-wide rollouts across large store networks
