About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical accounting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide accurate financial reporting and analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP.

  • Manage general ledger, account reconciliations, and month-end/year-end close processes.

  • Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions.

  • Analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and provide actionable recommendations.

  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and coordinate with external auditors.

  • Implement and improve internal controls, processes, and accounting systems.

  • Mentor and support junior accounting staff as needed.



RequirementsQualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role.

  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and regulatory requirements.

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Zoho books or similar) and MS Excel.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
