The Problems You’ll Solve

As the Accounting Manager/Sr Manager, you will oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate and reliable financial reporting, and manage financial planning & analysis for the company.. You will have a strong focus on SaaS metrics like MRR/ARR, churn, LTV, and CAC, and build scalable models and processes to support continued growth.
Strategic Leadership & Planning
Design and implement the FP&A frameworks, reporting cadences, and financial controls.
Create models, dashboards, and processes that give leaders clear visibility into their numbers.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling (pricing and investments), and financial analysis to guide growth.
Help prepare board materials and liaise with banks, auditors, and investors.
Financial Operations & Reporting
Manage core accounting functions (accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll) and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.
Track, analyze, and build reports for key SaaS KPIs (MRR/ARR, churn, LTV, CAC) to identify opportunities and drive performance.
Implement and optimize financial systems (NetSuite) and build scalable financial processes for growth.
Who You Are

The Hard Skills:
7+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience with at least 2 years leading finance teams, preferably in high growth SaaS companies.
Experience at a Big 4 accounting firm is highly preferred.
Deep understanding and experience building and scaling FP&A functions and know what good looks like at each stage of growth.
Deep understanding of SaaS metrics (MRR/ARR, NDR, churn, LTV, CAC, magic number) and how they interconnect to tell the business story.
Strong technical proficiency with modern finance and data tools like Excel/Google Sheets, NetSuite ERP, BigQuery, and Metabase.
Proven experience overseeing core accounting functions and managed month-end close processes.
Experience partnering with GTM & product teams to analyze product economics, guide pricing and packaging decisions, and use financial analysis to drive strategic initiatives.

Strategic thinker who sees around corners, uses reports to explain what is happening and what to do about it, and ability to zoom out to see the big picture and zoom in to find details that make change.
Exceptional communicator who can make financial concepts easy to understand and accessible, and comfortable presenting to the board, partnering with the product team, or explaining variances to the team.
You’re a builder with high agency that gets excited to create structure, build processes, and balances pragmatism with rigor.
Collaborative leader and business partner, who builds trust across the organization, rolls up your sleeves, and cares about helping teams and the business succeed.
You are intellectually curious with strong business instincts. Using reports and dashboards to understand the why, challenge assumptions, and comfortable with ambiguity.
You are detail oriented with high integrity, and hold yourself and your team to a high standard of accuracy, ethics, and transparency.
You are energetic, optimistic, excited about Rebuy’s mission, and ready to roll up your sleeves and help us get to the next level.
Bonus points if you have a CPA, CFA, or MBA, experience in ecommerce, background with venture backed companies, or experience supporting fundraising or M&A processes.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 USD annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter and hiring manager can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
