The role is entails diagnosing advisor needs, building actionable roadmaps, coordinating vendor and internal resources, and scaling advisor education through one-to-many programming. The ideal candidate blends consultative confidence with project discipline, financial services marketing expertise, and the ability to help advisors translate brand, digital presence, content, campaigns, and client engagement into measurable growth.

How This Role Works:

  • Evolve assessments beyond tactical reviews by focusing on personal brand, target audience, unique value proposition, messaging framework, and the firm’s growth objectives.

Scalable Advisor Education

  • Develop one-to-many programming such as quarterly seminars, forums, newsletters, Ignite modules, workshops, office hours, and reusable toolkits.
  • Equip advisors with practical marketing techniques so the team can reach more advisors without relying solely on 1:1 consulting.

  • Coordinate with partners such as FMG, Story Amplify, Finance Studio, Tangram Sky, ActiFi, design resources, and other approved providers.
  • Ensure advisors receive a clear warm handoff, defined scope, project expectations, and follow-up support.

Firm Onboarding and Co-Branding for Bluespring Wealth

  • Support new or transitioning firms with brand and website onboarding, co-branding deliverables, business cards, stationery, signage, and vendor coordination.
  • Partner with integration, M&A, business consulting, advisor engagement, creative, communications, and business-unit marketing teams to reduce delays and create a professional launch experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as a strategic marketing consultant to advisors and firms, connecting marketing activity to business goals, client growth, referrals, retention, and advisor-client engagement.
  • Lead discovery and research conversations to understand each advisor’s target market, differentiators, current marketing activity, digital presence, growth goals, and available resources.
  • Build practical marketing recommendations and roadmaps that prioritize what advisors should tackle first, second, and third across brand, website, content, social, events, email, referrals, and lead generation.
  • Coordinate marketing assessments for Bluespring and KPWS firms, including research, recommendations, roadmap development, resource matching, and 1-, 3-, and 6-month results check-ins where appropriate.
  • Support firm Bluespring onboarding and brand-transition work, including co-branding, websites, logo updates, stationery, business cards, signage, social presence, and vendor coordination.
  • Create and scale one-to-many advisor marketing education, including webinars, workshops, Ignite content, newsletters, forums, playbooks, calendars, templates, and repeatable toolkits.
  • Partner with business-unit marketing leaders, Advisor Engagement, Business Consulting, Field Operations, Strategic Growth, Creative, Communications, Compliance, RevOps, and external vendors to deliver coordinated support.
  • Guide advisors and internal stakeholders through approved vendors and platforms, including FMG Suite and other advisor marketing, website, content, social, analytics, and campaign resources.
  • Maintain advisor marketing activity, notes, status, ownership, and follow-ups in Monday.com, OneNote, shared folders, or other approved systems so business leaders have visibility into work in flight.
  • Track engagement, execution progress, and marketing outcomes, then use those insights to refine recommendations and identify where additional education or vendor support is needed.
  • Stay current on financial advisor marketing trends, compliance considerations, advisor technology, digital presence expectations, social/content best practices, and competitor advisor-support models.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required.
  • 5-8 years of marketing experience, preferably with at least 3 years supporting financial advisors, wealth management firms, RIAs, independent broker-dealer advisors, or similar advisor-facing businesses.
  • Demonstrated ability to consult with senior professionals, listen carefully, diagnose needs, set expectations, and translate strategy into clear next steps.
  • Strong knowledge of advisor marketing disciplines including brand positioning, websites, digital presence, content strategy, social media, email, events, lead generation, referrals, client communications, and measurement.
  • Experience coordinating website, brand, content, campaign, or marketing-resource vendors, including scope alignment, stakeholder expectations, timelines, handoffs, and follow-up.
  • Familiarity with FMG Suite or comparable advisor marketing platforms; experience with ActiFi, marketing automation, CRM, Google Analytics, social platforms, or project-management tools is helpful.
  • Ability to lead one-to-many education and present confidently to advisors, executives, internal stakeholders, and vendor partners.
  • Strong project management discipline with the ability to manage multiple advisors, firms, vendors, business units, and deliverables at once.
  • Comfort operating in a regulated financial-services environment and partnering with Compliance on approved content, disclosures, and process requirements.
  • High ownership, urgency, follow-through, relationship judgment, and comfort working in a changing, matrixed environment.

  • Internal business leaders have visibility into advisor marketing activity, open work, vendor status, and results.
