We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Business Analyst to lead business analysis activities across AI and automation initiatives. This role is responsible for identifying opportunities for AI adoption, defining business requirements, evaluating solutions, and ensuring AI investments deliver measurable business outcomes.

The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to business and technical stakeholders while helping shape the organization's AI transformation journey.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Business Analysis

  • Lead business analysis activities supporting AI initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation technologies.
  • Conduct business assessments and opportunity analyses.
  • Develop business cases and value propositions.
  • Support AI strategy and transformation initiatives.

Requirements Management & Solution Design

  • Translate business needs into effective AI solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagements.
  • Gather, analyze, and document requirements.
  • Support solution design and validation activities.
  • Ensure alignment between business needs and technical delivery.

Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership

  • Build strong relationships across business and technical teams.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders.
  • Facilitate decision-making and prioritization activities.
  • Support executive presentations and recommendations.
  • Drive alignment across multiple stakeholder groups.

Delivery Support & Benefits Realization

  • Help ensure successful implementation and measurable outcomes.
  • Support testing, deployment, and adoption activities.
  • Monitor business outcomes and value realization.
  • Identify enhancement opportunities and continuous improvements.
  • Support change management initiatives.

Governance & Continuous Improvement

  • Promote best practices in business analysis and AI adoption.
  • Contribute to governance and delivery frameworks.
  • Maintain documentation and standards.
  • Support operational and compliance requirements.
  • Mentor junior analysts and team members.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, Operations Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, transformation, or related disciplines.
  • Strong experience gathering and managing business requirements.
  • Experience supporting technology, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking capabilities.
  • Experience developing business cases and ROI assessments.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into technical requirements.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Experience working within Agile and structured delivery methodologies.
  • Strong documentation and process-mapping skills.
  • Ability to manage complex initiatives and competing priorities.

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting AI, machine learning, or automation programs.
  • CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or similar certifications.
  • Knowledge of Generative AI technologies.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with AI governance principles.
  • Experience within enterprise transformation programs.
  • Exposure to data analytics and business intelligence tools.
  • Postgraduate qualification in business or technology.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
