What is the opportunity?

Omnissa is seeking a Senior Analyst, AMER Deal Management, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team in both structuring and pricing deals as well as negotiating contracts that together drive revenue growth and profitability. You will evaluate deal proposals and conduct financial analysis to provide recommendations to optimize deal terms. You will also evaluate and negotiate agreements to ensure compliance and efficiency in the execution of strategic, complex, non-standard transactions.

Here is a breakdown:

  •  Contract Support & Negotiation: Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams during the contract process. Provide crucial support with drafting, redlining, and negotiating contract terms to ensure deals are approved quickly and accurately.
  • Deal Review & Strategy: Participate in regular deal reviews with the Team, stake holders, Sales and Sales Leadership to assess pricing, deal structuring, and overall account strategy. Help drive decisions that align with both the client’s needs and the company’s objectives, ensuring timely deal closures.
  • Pricing Strategy & Execution: Enforce pricing execution guidelines and collaborate with Sales Leadership on pricing, value positioning, and deal structure. Ensure all necessary approvals are obtained for pricing, discounts, payment terms, and other critical elements.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Be the go-to expert on sales and revenue compliance policies. Provide guidance to sales executives on alternative contract options, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources to expedite the approval process.·
  • Accelerate Deal Approvals: Serve as a key player in reducing deal approval times. Streamline processes, eliminate bottlenecks, and ensure all approvals (pricing, terms, structure) are handled efficiently to move deals quickly through the pipeline.

  • We’re Seeking a Professional With 5+ Years Of Deal Desk Experience In The Software And SaaS Industries. The Ideal Candidate Will Have    
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex deal structures and drive solutions that speed up the approval process.
  • Strong contract experience and a solid understanding of pricing strategies, contract terms, and revenue recognition principles.
  • Expertise in SFDC, CRM, CPQ, and CLM solutions, with advanced proficiency in Excel and Word.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and Legal.
  • A detail-oriented and organized approach, with the ability to handle multiple deals and deadlines simultaneously

Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.

Compensation: The typical base salary for this role is between USD $110,000– $130,000 per year and it may be eligible for participation in a corporate bonus program. Actual compensation offer may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, or other relevant factors.
