Relevant Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle EBS/Applications.
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes: Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, Order Management, Purchasing, and Planning Processes.
  • Experience in Oracle Transportation Management System.
  • Experience in Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) preferred.
  • Experience with analysis, setup, configuration, and testing.
  • Strong SQL skills for maintaining, updating, and creating new OTM/GTM agents.
  • Ability to work and collaborate with business and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience or knowledge of Agile Methodology is a plus.
  • Good presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to be self-directed and self-motivated.
  • To be a good active listener and communicator.

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $96,400 to $130,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

As part of the IT Shipping Execution team, you will offer world-class and reusable logistics solutions and services to WWT’s shipping, transportation, and compliance teams to help them sustain, scale, and optimize efficiency.

What will you be doing?

The individual we are looking for will play a key role in supporting Global Trade Management system within OTM. This is not a position for end business users but rather someone who is technical/functional in the IT space. You will also have the opportunity to enhance our Oracle Global Trade Management. You will support stakeholders and individual contributors in the Supply Chain vertical of WWT and specifically be focused on working closely with our transportation and compliance teams. You will work with other IT teams, the business, and a third-party integrator, and be part of a high-performing agile team.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot issues within our GTM space and help manage and resolve issues that come through our support queue.
  • Participate in strategic conversations in shaping the vision of Global Trade Management to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Opportunity to provide application design and architecture across Oracle Global Trade Management module.
  • Analyze data flow within Oracle EBS to GTM.
  • Performing configurations and enabling features within GTM.
  • View, modify, and create workbenches within GTM.
  • View, modify, and create agents within GTM.
  • Work closely with Transportation and Compliance team stakeholders in the form of gathering requirements, demoing, offering suggestions and training.
  • Work with technical counterparts to provide functional details of requirements and work with them to deliver a technical solution.
  • Test end-to-end solutions to ensure complete satisfaction of internal and external users.
  • Future opportunity to help lead and guide an FTZ implementation with a GTM footprint.
