Job Description:

The Senior Analyst, Total Rewards supports the execution, administration, and continuous improvement of insightsoftware's global compensation and benefits programs.

This role serves as a key operational partner to the Director, Total Rewards & Workforce Analytics and the Global Benefits Manager, helping ensure compensation and benefits programs are scalable, compliant, employee-focused, and aligned with business objectives.

The Senior Analyst provides expertise in compensation and benefits administration, Workday process support, data integrity, testing, reporting, and process improvement. This role also contributes to workforce analytics initiatives through reporting support, data quality management, dashboard validation, and AI-enabled insights.

Key ResponsibilitiesCompensation Administration (45%)
  • Support administration of global compensation programs and processes.
  • Conduct market pricing and job evaluations using established compensation frameworks.
  • Support execution of annual compensation review, bonus planning, and mid-year compensation processes.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to ensure consistent application of compensation guidelines and programs.
  • Participate in compensation survey submissions, market pricing activities, and maintenance of market data resources and the Workday job catalog.
Benefits Administration (45%)
  • Serve as primary administrator for U.S. and Canada benefits programs.
  • Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding benefits plans, programs, and enrollment processes.
  • Support open enrollment planning, testing, communications, and execution.
  • Support leave administration processes and benefits-related employee support activities.
  • Assist with compliance activities, audits, and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Create and maintain benefits documentation, employee communications, guides, FAQs, and knowledge resources.
  • Partner with the Benefits Manager to ensure a positive employee experience and operational excellence.
  • Reconcile benefits-related invoices and billing files, partnering closely with Payroll, Finance, HRIS, and external vendors to ensure accurate deductions, timely payments, and resolution of discrepancies.
Workday, Reporting & Workforce Analytics (10%)
  • Serve as the primary Total Rewards liaison to the HRIS team for compensation and benefits-related system processes.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Workday Compensation and Benefits functionality and associated business processes.
  • Coordinate testing for compensation and benefits system enhancements, annual compensation cycles, open enrollment, acquisitions, integrations, and ongoing system releases.
  • Conduct compensation, benefits, and employee data audits to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
  • Assist in generating AI-supported workforce insights and recommendations for HR Business Partners and organizational leaders.
AI & Process Improvement
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, automate repetitive work, and enhance decision-making.
  • Utilize AI tools to support reporting, documentation, data analysis, testing activities, and operational processes.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline compensation and benefits processes.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across Total Rewards programs.
  • Promote scalable, repeatable, and data-driven approaches to program administration.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Benefits, Compensation, Total Rewards, or a related Human Resources discipline.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience supporting benefits and/or compensation programs in a complex organization.
  • Experience working with Workday’s benefits and compensation modules  
  • Experience supporting annual compensation cycles, bonus processes, open enrollment processes, or other large-scale HR programs.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn across multiple areas of Total Rewards.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ownership mentality with the ability to drive work to completion and follow through on commitments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting both compensation and benefits programs.
  • Experience working in a global organization.
  • Experience supporting pay transparency initiatives.
  • Experience with compensation survey participation and market pricing methodologies.
  • Experience utilizing AI-enabled productivity and analytics tools.
  • Experience participating in compensation planning cycles and benefits administration processes.
  • Advanced Excel, reporting, and data analysis capabilities.
  • Familiarity with Radford or other compensation benchmarking tools.
  • CCP, CEBS, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or related professional certification preferred.



The salary range in United States of America for this position is 88,000.00 to 111,000.00 USD Annual.

For sales roles, this range includes the commission target. For non-sales roles, this is a base salary only range; additional bonus eligibility may apply.
