Job Description
At Attain Partners, we empower organizations to make smarter, faster decisions with data. We’re looking for a Senior Analytics Solutions Consultant to design and build reporting experiences that transform how our clients work. This isn’t just another dashboard developer job. It’s a chance to own the full journey — from understanding users and imagining solutions, to building data models and bringing them to life, to leading clients through adoption and change.
Job Responsibilities
- Design for People
- Lead user interviews and workshops to uncover goals, pain points, and workflows
- Apply design thinking to translate user stories into innovative analytics concepts
- Build wireframes, mockups, or prototypes that illustrate intuitive user experiences
- Build the Solution
- Design and develop data models, schemas, and views
- Build clean, performant dashboards in tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Salesforce CRM Analytics
- Transform raw datasets into actionable, accurate, and reliable reporting assets
- Guide users through a UAT process and iterate on feedback to deliver polished solutions
- Lead Clients to Success
- Facilitate discovery sessions and identify KPIs and success metrics
- Manage tasks, timelines, and deliverables for your workstream
- Train client developers and end users on new tools and reporting solutions
- Present technical concepts in plain language to non-technical audiences
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience building dashboards in a leading BI tool
- Strong SQL skills or proficiency in a data-centric language (Python or R)
- Proven experience designing data models and architecting analytics solutions
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills
- Comfort operating independently in a consulting or fast-paced environment
Desired Skills
- Experience building specifically in Salesforce CRM Analytics
- Background in the higher education or nonprofit advancement sector
- Familiarity with ETL/integration tools (ex. Boomi, MuleSoft, Informatica)
- Exposure to UX or product design tools (ex. Figma, Sketch, Lucidchart)

Attain Partners is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Individual base salary for this position is unique to each candidate and will be commensurate with experience, education, and skills, ranging from $90,000 - $130,000. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
