  • Ensure consistency and cultural relevance across all internal and external creative outputs
Art Department & Cross-Functional Alignment
  • Provide detailed feedback on email, web graphics, paid ads, homepage assets, and influencer deliverables
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and creative to establish clear timelines and deliverables
  • Partner with Creative and Product teams to calendarize, schedule, and staff shoots and special projects

Organization, Process & Workflow Optimization

  • Develop and optimize workflows to improve efficiency and cross-team collaboration
  • Clean up and maintain creative files, specifications, documentation, and SOPs to ensure organization and accessibility
  • Drive scalable creative systems that balance speed-to-market with design excellence
  • Perform ongoing creative QA across photography, CGI, animation, and digital assets

Who You Are:

  • 8+ years of experience in art direction or creative leadership within a lifestyle, fashion, or apparel brand
