We are seeking a Senior Associate, Corporate Development, to join our Corporate Development team. They’ll be directly involved in evaluating, executing, and integrating acquisitions across the firm, as well as working closely with senior leadership and service line leaders. This position offers end-to-end exposure across the M&A lifecycle—from initial evaluation, to diligence, deal execution, and post-close integration and tracking.
Responsibilities are, but not limited to:
Deal Evaluation & Financial Analysis
- Work with seller leadership to understand information provided
- Analyze financial statements and operating data of potential acquisition targets
- Build and maintain pro forma financial models to assess valuation and deal structure
- Assess normalized earnings and financial risks
- Prepare materials and present findings to leadership
Transaction Execution
- Support preparation of IOIs and LOIs
- Coordinate third-party diligence providers and manage timelines
- Partner with internal stakeholders to advance deals through closing
- Prepare funds flow
Financial Due Diligence
- Support third-party Quality of Earnings analysis
- Evaluate revenue quality, margins and working capital
- Carry out previously identified risks to ensure proper reporting
Integration & Post Close
- Support post-closing financial integration efforts
- Track net working capital adjustments and earnouts
- Analyze post-close performance vs. underwriting
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Integration, Finance, and Business teams
- Participate in meetings with acquired firms
- Support talent and team integration tracking
- Prepare acquisition budgets
The ideal candidate must:
- Have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
- Have 3–6+ years of relevant experience.
- Possess strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Have experience working with financial statements and understanding metrics.
- Have excellent communication skills with ability to present to senior stakeholders.
