General Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain learning materials and performance support tools (including self-study, eLearning, instructor led training materials, etc.) based on industry design standards for a given modality (includes traditional, web-based)
- Design content, including (but not limited to) measurable learning objectives, leaders and participant materials and tools, experiential scenarios, case studies, simulations, and assessment and evaluation questions
- Demonstrate an aptitude for, knowledge of, and agility with new learning technologies in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Provide training solutions that demonstrate an understanding of adult learning principles and leverage current learning trends, including multimedia (i.e. video) to enhance the learner experience
- Participate in and/or facilitate project kick off meetings, check-ins with team members and/or stakeholders at various levels in the organization
- Participate in stakeholder, subject matter expert, and learner interviews that enable identification and curation of relevant content for the end-learner
- Recommend and document project instructional standards and strategies, learner engagement strategies, and evaluation plans
- Engage with project team members by conducting on-going reviews to ensure outcomes are on track to meet client needs
- Partner with other content developers to support material development as needed
- Create behavior-based case studies, assessments, and evaluation methods
- Assist leadership by identifying issues, diagnosing problems, generating alternative solutions, and analyzing opportunities
- Assume personal responsibility for projects and follow-through to completion with minimal need for direct supervision
- Demonstrate ability to manage multiple e-learning projects at one time

Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 2 years experience in instructional design methodology
- At least 2 years experience in content development
- At least 2 years experience in Authoring applications using Captivate or Articulate
- At least 2 years experience using Google Suite
- At least 1 year experience with video and audio editing

- Bachelor's Degree
