Your role will involve delivering detailed capacity analyses, generating actionable insights, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to improve forecasting accuracy and operational performance. You will influence business decisions by providing strategic recommendations that balance lean operations with quality and employee morale. Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.

What You'll Do:
- Develop, maintain, and adjust resource and capacity forecasts using scenario analysis to optimize staffing and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with Workforce Management, Operations, Finance, IT, HR, and other partners to align plans, share insights, and drive improvements in productivity and forecasting accuracy.
- Conduct schedule optimization and capacity analysis to identify opportunities for efficiency and improved resource utilization.
- Build and deliver comprehensive reporting and trend analysis on workload drivers, hiring needs, and performance metrics using tools such as Excel, Verint, Tableau, and BI applications.
- Lead training efforts for leaders on forecasting, strategic planning, and analytics processes, and contribute to system configuration and technological enhancements.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling.
- 5-10 years of experience in resource planning, forecasting, and scheduling within claims or back-office environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and communicate insights effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills to engage with all business levels and influence change.
- Proactive, strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under urgency in dynamic environments.
- Experience with Verint Strategic Planner, Verint WFO, DPA, Speech, and Performance Management tools.
- Familiarity with workforce management optimization and business intelligence platforms such as Tableau and Sage.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
