Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Associate Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales efforts Global. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key client relationships, in achieving monthly and quarterly targets. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on sales execution experience in SaaS, digital marketing, or restaurant technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B sales for Dinepalace online ordering and digital marketing solutions global specifically in North America
- Identify, qualify, and close new restaurant clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Track sales performance, pipeline management, and forecasting
- Conduct product demonstrations and client presentations
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth onboarding of clients
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback
- Ensure timely follow-ups and Zoho CRM updates
- Good communication Skills
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS, digital marketing, food tech, or hospitality technology
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in managing B2B clients across India
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Good understanding of online ordering systems and digital marketing services
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Zoho CRM tools and sales reporting
- Good communication Skills
- Experience working with restaurant chains or cloud kitchens
- MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management
- Experience with Skip the Dishes, Uber eats, Zomato or Swiggy will be preferred
- Working hours - 9 AM - 5 PM EST Time zone
