JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
What you will do:
- Analyze sales performance vs targets to identify areas of risk and opportunities
- Analysis of territorial target focus and optimization, focusing on remaining market
- Analyze historical trend, for use in maintaining a realistic basis for future planning and forecasting.
- Engage in sales planning, budgeting and monitoring cycle to drive sales results predictability and timely escalation of variances
- Conduct studies on customer insights and demographics to target the right segment and for upselling opportunities
- Assist management in strategic plans and proposals
- Facilitates & ensures consistency in data collection, definitions, analyses, & reporting.
- Manage specific projects from start to finish representing the interests of Sales Management Office
- Guide & supervise Officers & junior staff to ensure they carry out tasks to achieve desired standards.
Who you are:
- Degree with minimum 5 years’ experience, preferably in business analytical background
- Advance excel & PowerPoint skills
- Analytical skills - SQL scripting; Reporting visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, AWS QuickSight)
- Multi-tasking ability
- Independent with minimal supervision required
- Able to handle decision-making
