Job Title: Senior Associate – ServiceNow
Experience: 5+ to 8 years
Job Location: Remote

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Associate – ServiceNow with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ITSM and GRC implementation, hands-on experience in ServiceNow scripting and integrations, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITSM and GRC solutions based on business needs.
Configure and customize ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request) and GRC modules (Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management).
Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Workflows.
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, and MID Server.
Ensure best practices in ServiceNow development, administration, and performance optimization.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of ServiceNow applications.
Stay updated with ServiceNow’s latest releases and capabilities to enhance platform functionality.


Requirements
Required Skills:
✔ Strong experience in ITSM & GRC module implementation
✔ Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API)
✔ ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
✔ Knowledge of Service Portal, UI Policies, Business Rules, and Workflows
✔ Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
✔ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
