Senior Auto Sales Executive – Outside Sales & Account Generation

Hunt and develop new B2B auto and fleet accounts through outside sales. Manage full sales cycle, build pipeline in CRM, close deals, provide post-sale account support, meet targets, and attend networking events. Travel regionally as required.
Apple Leasing- Commercial division is seeking a self-motivated, high-energy automotive sales professional who thrives in a performance-driven environment. This role will focus heavily on outside sales — identifying, developing, and closing new B2B accounts while maintaining long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in automotive sales and/or commercial finance, a hunter mindset, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
This is a commission-based role with a generous monthly draws. Top performers earn in excess of $400k annually, while average earnings are approximately $140k
Key Responsibilities:
· Proactively generate leads and develop new client accounts (fleet, individual, and commercial).
· Conduct outside sales visits, attend networking events, and build relationships.
· Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
· Build and maintain a strong pipeline using CRM tools.
· Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing account support post-sale.
· Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and vehicle inventory.
Requirements:
· 3+ years of proven success in auto sales and/or commercial equipment finance (retail, fleet, or commercial).
· Demonstrated experience in outside sales or territory-based account generation.
· Highly self-motivated, organized, and goal oriented.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
· Ability to travel regionally as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Existing portfolio of automotive or fleet clients.
· Experience with CRM systems.
· Background in B2B or fleet vehicle leasing/sales is a plus.
