  • Work extensively with SQL Server, including database design, writing complex stored procedures, indexing, query optimization, and performance tuning.

  • Take full responsibility for testing code (unit, integration, and performance testing) operating under a Shift Left / No QA team model.

  • Actively leverage AI development tools to accelerate code generation, refactoring, documentation, and overall execution speed.

  • Partner directly with Product Managers and cross-functional engineering squads to translate business requirements into customer-centric features.

Qualifications and Job Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise or SaaS software development across C#, .NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.

  • Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, enterprise architecture, multi-threading, and asynchronous programming.

  • Practical experience with DDD, CQRS, and clean separation of business and data access layers.

  • Active, daily experience incorporating AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar) into your development pipeline.

  • Familiarity with Angular (or other modern front-end frameworks), Git version control, and CI/CD pipelines within an Agile environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with a track record of collaborating across distributed teams or squads.

Pluses
  • Production experience building AI-powered product features (e.g., intelligent search, smart forms, NLP workflows).

  • Direct experience working in a Shift Left / full feature ownership environment from initial design through production deployment.

  • Exposure to event-driven architectures, asynchronous messaging patterns, or distributed systems.
