Access Softek is looking for a Senior Back-End Software Development Engineer (C#) passionate about building services for a first-class award-winning online banking solution using C# .NET Core, Typescript, React and AWS cloud infrastructure. You will handle complex tasks, work closely with team members to identify optimal business solutions, lead feature development and delivery processes.
You will become part of a large organization distributed worldwide and will be functioning in our friendly Authentication team. As part of the team you will be responsible for building authentication / authorization functionality and related features using well-established Agile development practices.
Description of what the participant will work with:
1.Working with best practices in the authentication and authorization areas, (OAuth, OpenID Connect, Auth0, SSO, MFAs, Passwordless (Passkey), Biometric auth).
2.Participating in splitting monolithic architecture into micro-services. (In the plan to separate Auth service into standalone service, that would be shared for multiple consumers).
3.Integrating and working with cloud technologies (AWS).
This is an opportunity for candidates to learn a lot about FinTech, banking and cloud architecture (AWS-based services, Kubernetes, etc.) being involved in the collaboration with implementation and product teams and getting frequent feedback from customers (400+ Financial Institutions).

Flexible, required 2-3 hours overlap with colleagues in US Pacific time zone
Main Responsibilities
- Own expertise in the code base and functionality in the Auth domain.
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, and other relevant .NET technologies.
- Take ownership of the development and migration of current code to cloud infrastructure, leveraging AWS services and best practices.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and provide technical leadership and mentorship in the Auth and related areas.
- Investigate problems, provide expertise and ideas for improvements and fixes, and implement those together with teammates.
- Translate business requirements and vision into a user-centric product, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
- Leverage the AI tools to increase developers' efficiency and productivity.
What We Expect
- 5+ years extensive experience in web application development.
- Strong knowledge in Object Oriented Design principles, experience applying classic design and structure patterns (GoF);
- Strong problem-solving abilities, system thinking;
- Data modelling experience with SQL (relational) databases;
- Experience in writing unit and integration tests (using NUnit, xUnit frameworks, and FluentAssertions, Moq libraries);
- Expertise with DevOps practices and tools, practical experience with Git;
- Experience with complex projects, including expertise in refactoring legacy codebases, optimizing process flows, and analyzing and implementing architectural decisions;
- Ability to ensure the performance, security, and responsiveness of applications.
- Knowledge how to write and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
- Great communication skills, experience in leading technical discussions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eager to learn and build up new skills.
- Upper Intermediate (B2) English.

- Experience in projects with microservice architecture;
- Have a goal-oriented approach and the skills to drive processes with a long-term perspective.
- Possess strong abilities to explain the pros and cons of solutions/proposals effectively.
- Familiarity and experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript (JavaScript), and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
