We are looking for a Senior Blockchain Engineer who is passionate about decentralized technologies and enjoys building secure, scalable, and innovative blockchain solutions.

Role Overview

As a Senior Blockchain Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying blockchain-based applications and smart contracts. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to create decentralized solutions that deliver real business value for our clients.

You should have strong experience with blockchain protocols, smart contract development, security best practices, and modern Web3 technologies.

What you'll do: 

  • Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts for blockchain applications.
  • Build and maintain decentralized applications (dApps).
  • Develop and integrate blockchain APIs, wallets, and Web3 infrastructure.
  • Conduct smart contract testing, auditing, and security reviews.
  • Optimize blockchain solutions for performance, scalability, and gas efficiency.
  • Collaborate with frontend and backend developers to integrate blockchain functionality.
  • Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
  • Monitor deployed smart contracts and blockchain systems.
  • Research emerging blockchain technologies, protocols, and industry trends.
  • Document technical specifications, workflows, and implementation details.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve blockchain-related issues in production environments.

What we look for in you: 

  • 5+ years of software development experience.
  • 3+ years of blockchain development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Solidity and smart contract development.
  • Experience with Ethereum and EVM-compatible blockchains.
  • Familiarity with Web3.js, Ethers.js, or similar libraries.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain architecture, consensus mechanisms, and cryptography fundamentals.
  • Experience using Hardhat, Foundry, Truffle, or similar development frameworks.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Experience with Git and modern software development workflows.
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Pay Transparency Notice: 

Base salary varies by location (see range below). Total compensation may also include equity and bonus eligibility, and benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)). 

Exceptional candidates may be considered above the stated range. Additional performance-based incentives may be available.

 Annual base salary range (excluding equity and bonus):

$190,000 - $230,000 USD
