Job Description

We’re seeking a talented Designer with experience in blending creativity, technology, and efficiency. You’ll work within our creative team to bring QIMA’s brand to life across multiple channels, using AI-powered design tools, smart workflows, and fast delivery to ensure we move quickly without sacrificing quality. You’ll collaborate with marketing, product, and digital teams worldwide, developing designs that simplify complex ideas, engage diverse audiences, and reinforce our global brand.

This is an opportunity to actively contribute to projects that vary from digital campaigns and product visuals to interactive materials, always with flexibility and innovation at heart.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality designs for digital, social, and print channels that align with QIMA’s brand guidelines.
  • Use AI-powered design tools and automation to speed up workflow and enhance creative output.
  • Transform technical and service-related concepts into clear, engaging visuals that connect with clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to quickly iterate and refine creative concepts.
  • Maintain and evolve visual systems, templates, and design libraries for scalable, efficient production.
  • Stay ahead of design trends, emerging tech, and AI capabilities relevant to creative workflows.
  • Balance innovation with brand consistency in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

In order to succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 4–7 years of professional design experience, ideally in global or tech-driven organizations.
  • Strong foundation in visual and brand design, plus the ability to connect design choices to business goals.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva and emerging AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E).
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and make them visually compelling.
  • Experience designing for multi-channel campaigns but also for web, including video. Proven ability to work quickly, adapt to changing priorities, and still deliver high-quality results.
  • Strong collaboration skills across multidisciplinary and regional teams.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Portfolio showcasing creative excellence, efficiency in production, and use of innovative tools, ideally including AI-assisted work.
  • Experience with global brand design execution and sensitivity to cultural context.
