Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for process optimization and innovation.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit feedback and validate requirements with clients and team members.
- Develop detailed documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and understanding of project goals.

Requirements

- Strong technical skills with DBX, strong communication and leadership skills. Part of the role will be gathering intel from business stakeholders and presenting to Client executive leadership.
- 8+ years of experience as a business analyst in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficient in tools such as SQL, Tableau, or similar analytics software for data visualization and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present findings effectively to diverse audiences.
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management principles.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing business challenges.
