Requires strong analytical, communication, facilitation, negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with business operations or systems development experience.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Senior Business Analyst acts as the liaison between customers and their data to engineer better workflows from project inception to delivery.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Reads external files from clients in various data formats.
- Helps ensure files are converted in the system utilizing multiple data applications to workflow standard output file formats.
- Verifies converted files to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the information.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Market Account Specialists and other customer support positions to make sure that graphics and designs meet and exceed customer expectations
- Schedule conference calls and regular communication with clients and vendors to update on the process status or any project strategy or requirement changes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customers needs and communicate all client feedback.
- Make recommendations for product enhancements
- Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties above.
