  • Develop detailed user stories and use cases that adhere to business analysis best practices.

  • Design intuitive mockups and wireframes that align with user experience (UX) best practices.

  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders, demonstrating strong communication skills.

  • Produce well-organized and articulate technical documentation.
