Minimum Requirements:
8 years of experience in eliciting requirements from interviews with customers and creating well-written system requirements documents.
8 years of experience in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
8 years of experience in business process re-engineering and software process flow improvement.
8 years of experience in the development of user stories and use cases that conform to business analysis best practices.
8 years of experience in designing mockups and/or wireframes that conform to UX best practices.
5 years of experience in demonstrating strong communication and facilitation skills.
5 years of experience in demonstrating strong writing and organization skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
3 years of documented work experience with the requirements management software "Modern Requirements".
3 years of documented work experience with the issue tracking software "Atlassian Jira".
2 years of documented experience working for or closely with TEA or another state or local education agency.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth interviews with customers to elicit requirements and create comprehensive system requirements documents.
Lead and manage the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) phases, ensuring successful project delivery.
Drive business process re-engineering and software process flow improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency.
Develop detailed user stories and use cases that adhere to business analysis best practices.
Design intuitive mockups and wireframes that align with user experience (UX) best practices.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders, demonstrating strong communication skills.
Produce well-organized and articulate technical documentation.
