What will you be doing?

This role forms part of the Orthopedic Division and is responsible and accountable for the management and growth of an assigned market segment and product lines in support of the overall Company/Divisional strategy the markets.

What will you need to be successful?

  • Experience in providing annual budgets for the business unit in alignment with the Business Unit sales manager in alignment with the overall Company strategy.
  • The ability to prepare business forecasts plans and pricing strategy proposals for the division based upon margin objectives, comparable competitor pricing and company guidelines.
  • The ability to monitor and evaluate revenue to annual plan and forecast and adjusting strategy accordingly to attain annual goals.
  • Experience in developing a successful marketing strategy to meet and implement both short term and long-range objectives for the division.
  • Experience in in KOL development plan, New Product Launches.
  • The proficiency in creating key accounts focus plans per country and leading the execution and ensure achievement of the account`s business objectives.

Successful candidates would need the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in life sciences)
  • At least 5 years total experience in Medical Devices sales & marketing – Ortho experience, especially in Knee and Hip and or Trauma
  • Experience in Middle East market is a must preferably with GCC Countries
  • Experience with in-house product management/product marketing experience and experience with product launches.
