What you’ll do: 

  • Responsible for building, implementation, growing, and supporting Iodine’s Business Intelligence solutions.

  • Create dashboards and reports using Tableau Desktop.

  • Perform data cleansing, shaping and transformations using Tableau Prep

  • Publish data sources, dashboards, and reports to Tableau Cloud

  • Responsible for managing permissions, security, usage, and performance optimization of Tableau Cloud.

  • Translate broad business requirements into design objectives and ensure data is available and explainable to support measuring and optimizations of goals.

  • Responsible for maintaining data lineage for elements in Tableau and Snowflake.

  • Collaborate across the organization to continuously improve and develop new data sets and metrics.

  • Provide end user training and support to Tableau users.

  • Create and maintain documentation including requirements, design, user manuals, and a data dictionary.

What we’d love to see:

  • 6+ years in a Business Intelligence Analyst position. 

  • 4-6+ years of Tableau desktop and Tableau Prep

  • Tableau Cloud Administration experience (includes permissions, security, usage monitoring and performance optimization)

  • BA/BS degree in applicable field

  • Experience with SQL, Excel, and Python preferred

  • Experience working with Data Warehouse solutions like Snowflake.

  • Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite

  • Familiarity with ETL processes and tools like Fivetran

  • Experience calculating standard SaaS metrics.

  • Master of ad hoc data modeling in Excel and other tools

  • Experience integrating new software and data into business intelligence solutions

  • High degree of autonomy, self-motivation, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and creative problem-solving skills.

  • Strong work ethic, capacity to get things done independently, and consistent performance with a sense of urgency and commitment.

  • High emotional intelligence and relationship skills, and an ability to read and adapt to changing environments

Compensation Range: $104K - $120K
