About the Role:

At Motive, the Integrated Campaigns team is responsible for driving pipeline and revenue growth across new business and current customers. We put the user first—ensuring we stay true to our core value proposition and delivering the right message at the right moment. 

Motive is looking for an analytical, revenue driven marketer to build creative and high impact campaigns targeting our new business Enterprise accounts. You’ll leverage Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to generate new pipeline and accelerate existing opportunities. You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, operations, product marketing, creative, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and impact. You’ll focus on the key metrics that matter to sellers - filling the pipe and driving revenue.

What You'll Do:
  • Utilize account-based thinking as a core campaign foundation of all campaign activities, and partner closely with sales and GTM teams to identify the right accounts to target, and ensure messaging across both sales and marketing is integrated.  
  • Define full-funnel messaging frameworks tailored to Enterprise buyer needs. Partner with product marketing and content teams to map existing assets and identify content gaps
  • Develop and execute integrated campaigns across multiple channels, including email, ad, content syndication, email, web, direct mail, and webinar.
  • Support outbound sales efforts, develop campaign enablement materials, conduct trainings, and provide regular sales updates to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Monitor KPI pacing against goals, analyze key drivers, and recommend optimizations.
What We're Looking For:
  • 4+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 2+ years in enterprise campaign management or ABM experience.
  • Experience managing complex integrated campaigns in an account based selling and marketing environment
  • Strong understanding of buyer needs, personas, and sales processes.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience briefing and enabling sales teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.

Pay Transparency
Your compensation may be based on several factors, including education, work experience, and certifications. For certain roles, total compensation may include restricted stock units. The base compensation range for this role is:
$98,000$151,000 USD
