We’re looking for a Senior Cloud Engineer to help evolve our platform into a fully automated, scalable, and observable cloud ecosystem. You’ll play a key role in defining infrastructure architecture, enabling developer velocity, and improving reliability and performance across our products.

• Defined Zello’s infrastructure as code, deployed through GitOps workflows.

• Successfully migrated key services to Google Cloud Platform.

• Designed and implemented standardized CI/CD pipelines that deliver high developer velocity with strong guardrails.

• Delivered tooling and visibility that improve observability, performance insights, and cost transparency.

• Lead the design and implementation of a secure, scalable cloud platform as we migrate from IBM Cloud to Google Cloud.

• Build and maintain GitOps-driven CI/CD pipelines for monorepos and microservices.

• Partner with application teams to architect and deploy cloud-native solutions that improve scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.

• Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform and related tooling.

• Participate in on-call rotations, contributing to incident response and postmortems.

• Continuously improve platform standards, automation, and developer experience.

• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent experience

• 6+ years of experience in cloud engineering, DevOps, or software engineering roles.

• Proven experience implementing CI/CD pipelines at scale (e.g., GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Jenkins, or Cloud Build).

• Deep understanding of cloud-native architecture and networking fundamentals.

• Strong experience with GCP (preferred) or AWS/Azure.

• Expertise in Terraform, Ansible, and container orchestration

• Comfortable working in Linux-based environments.
  Strong communicator with a problem-solving mindset and collaborative approach.

• Familiarity with backend languages such as Go, Python, or C++, and databases like MongoDB, MySQL, or Elasticsearch is a plus
