  • Support IaaS, IaC, network operations, and firewall configurations.

  • Perform system upgrades, IAVA patching, and maintain STIG compliance.

  • Troubleshoot outages and performance concerns while meeting contractual SLAs.

  • Manage AWS cloud resources and implement best‑practice cloud governance.

  • Enforce security controls, backups, access management, and firewall policies.

  • Create and maintain internal technical documentation, SOPs, and policies.

  • Contribute to multi‑region disaster recovery, backup strategies, and resilience automation.

  • Self‑starter with the ability to work independently.

  • Ability to interpret, document, and translate technical requirements into solutions.

  • Hands‑on experience with servers, LAN/WAN networking, and patch management in virtualized/cloud environments.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills across teams and leadership levels.

  • Experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role.

Desired:

  • Experience with STIG compliance and security patching.

  • Knowledge of AWS cloud services and hosted environments.
