  • Manage multiple live negotiations at once, prioritizing against business deadlines and using judgment on where terms and timelines can flex

  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Compliance to structure deals, flag risk early, and support relationships with outside service providers and partners

  • Build and maintain contract templates, playbooks, and processes that help the business track and enforce its agreements

What we look for:

  • 7+ years of commercial contracting experience, with in-house experience at a health care, health tech, or fintech company preferred

  • Deep experience drafting and negotiating health plan agreements (Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, or commercial payer), plus MSAs, BAAs, SOWs, and data use agreements

  • Strong working knowledge of HIPAA and data privacy; payments or fintech contracting experience is a plus

  • Independent judgment and strong prioritization; comfortable owning a high volume of matters with minimal oversight and acting as a business enabler

  • J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. state required

  • Occasional travel may be required from time to time as part of the role, for company events and business needs

  • All offers for employment are contingent upon successful completion of a background check

Benefits & Perks:
