About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Performance Insights: Perform comprehensive analysis of sales data to identify trends, conversion patterns, and pipeline opportunities

Revenue Operations Analytics: Support sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, sales productivity and quota management with data-backed recommendations

Data Reporting and Visualization: Create consumable dashboards and reports in both Quicksight and Excel that deliver clear, actionable insights to stakeholders

Data Source Management: Work closely with sales operations, marketing and enterprise applications teams to optimize functionality across data sources and platforms, including:

  • Assist in managing multiple data sources, including ensuring proper data integration and synchronization.

  • Work with both structured and unstructured data, ensuring consistency and integrity.

  • Utilize Git for tracking changes in data-related scripts or configuration files.

  • Coordinate with data engineers or other teams to ensure version control over databases, API data sources, or other data inputs.

Execution of Cross Functional Initiatives: Partner with cross-functional teams to implement optimizations and measure impact, leading project sprints when necessary

Strategic Recommendations: Identify sales process inefficiencies and develop data-driven recommendations

Communication of Insights: Present strategic insights and recommendations to Commercial leadership

Requirements:

  • End to End Data Analysis – Extensive experience analyzing and effectively summarizing raw data, developing insights, and creating data visualizations to support recommended strategies

  • Data Storytelling  – Clearly communicate key insights in a compelling way that inspires action. Experience presenting findings to C-level executives and/or investors a plus.

  • Technical Skills – Fluent in Python and/or SQL (both preferred) and advanced Excel skills, with some experience in Salesforce and data visualization tools (PowerPoint in addition to Tableau, Power BI or similar). Experience with Amazon Quicksight is not required but is considered a plus.

  • Collaboration & Adaptability – Develop rapport with colleagues across functional teams and adapt to fast-paced dynamic environment

  • Curiosity – You’re someone who likes asking questions and solving complicated problems

  • Organization – You’re comfortable managing multiple projects across many cross-functional stakeholders at once

Nice to Haves:

  • 4+ years of experience in revenue analytics, sales operations, business strategy or related fields

  • AI Experience – Some experience using AI tools to generate insights or build automations to increase efficiency

  • B2B Sales Knowledge – Understanding of sales processes and methodologies with fluency in commercial success metrics
