The position:
We’re looking for a Senior Content Manager to lead Pipl’s web and campaign content program. This is a role that combines strategy and hands-on execution: turning complex ideas about fraud, risk, and identity into engaging content that attracts, educates, and converts our audiences. From web pages and blogs to landing pages, nurture emails, and campaign assets, you’ll ensure our content is consistent, compelling, and optimized for performance.
What you’ll do:
Content Strategy & Planning
- Own the editorial calendar for web and campaign content
- Align content themes with brand positioning, SEO goals, and campaign priorities
- Maintain a high standard for voice, quality, and consistency across all channels
Content Development
- Write, edit, and publish high-impact assets including web pages, blogs, landing pages, and email campaigns
- Translate complex fraud and risk concepts into accessible, audience-focused narratives
- Optimize content for both SEO and conversion while preserving clarity and credibility
- Repurpose core assets into multiple formats to maximize reach and value
- Manage freelance writers as needed to complete campaign content needs
Content Operations
- Manage content publishing in HubSpot, ensuring accurate tagging, attribution, and reporting
- Collaborate with design and growth marketing teams to deliver polished assets
- Maintain efficient processes for content production, reviews, and updates
Performance & Optimization
- Define and track KPIs such as organic traffic growth, engagement, and conversions
- Use performance insights to refine topics, formats, and distribution
- Test and iterate new approaches to expand content reach and influence
You are:
- 3+ years creating content within the fraud prevention industry
- Strong editorial and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex concerts into clear, engaging content
- Demonstrated success in producing SEO-driven web content and campaign assets
- Proficiency with HubSpot (web publishing, attribution, reporting)
- Strong organizational and project management skills; comfortable balancing multiple priorities
