SUMMARY

We’re looking for a Senior Content Strategist, GTM to join our Marketing team. You’ll help build our content marketing team, reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing. You’ll be responsible for creating a content strategy that tells our story, reinforces our perceptions in the market, builds awareness, and drives qualified leads for our sales team. The ideal candidate has experience and/or demonstrated interest with AI-based products and solutions. This is a great opportunity for a self-starter and creative individual to shape our narrative, educate business leaders, and create practitioner and thought leadership content across multiple formats and channels.

Full-time - 100% remote - Location: USA

  • This is a remote position, but we cannot hire anybody outside of the USA for this position.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

As a startup, we value team members who are ready to wear multiple hats and dig into the work. The Senior Content Strategist, GTM is a strategic and hands-on role, critical to the Marketing function.

You'll work closely with key internal and external stakeholders to create and distribute high-quality content that engages and informs our target audiences while aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives. You'll also be strategic about leveraging AI to accelerate content production across formats, from short-form video and interactive demos to thought leadership and campaign assets, without sacrificing the quality bar. You will own content campaigns end to end, not only producing high-quality content but also being intentional about how it gets distributed and repurposed across channels. You'll make an impact on your team by:

  • Narrative strategy & content creation: Define the narrative framework for our go-to-market efforts and develop high-impact content, including thought leadership, strategic briefs, and customer-facing communications. Use AI to improve content efficiency while maintaining a high quality bar.

  • Customer storytelling & market insights: Partner with customers to tell their AI transformation stories. Work closely with sales and customer teams to understand what resonates with buyers and feed those insights back into narrative strategy.

  • Campaigns & market moments: Collaborate with our growth team to ensure content drives pipeline through personalized, social, and partner campaigns. Own the editorial direction of launches, events, announcements, and milestones.

  • Modern content formats & distribution: Move beyond traditional blog posts to tell our story across short-form video, tools, templates, and interactive assets. Focus on distribution and repurposing from the time you build the content roadmap.

  • Content measurement & team management: Analyze content impact and prioritize the roadmap based on what builds brand, drives traffic, and converts.

ABOUT YOU
  • Have 10+ years of experience in communications, editorial, or content strategy roles at a technology company, with a track record of shaping how a company talks about its products and mission to commercial audiences, ideally working in the B2B/technology

  • Are an exceptional writer and editor who can craft compelling, authoritative narratives that engage senior business leaders and technical decision-makers

  • Know how to find the story, sharpen the argument, and say something that actually matters in a crowded market

  • Can move fluently between strategic thinking and hands-on writing, and are comfortable producing polished work yourself

  • Have experience working closely with commercial or sales teams and understand how narrative translates into real customer conversations and business outcomes

  • Are skilled at translating complex, technical subject matter into language that is clear, credible, and genuinely useful to a business audience

  • Have strong collaborative skills with experience rallying cross-functional teams around shared narratives without formal reporting authority

  • Thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and can build narrative strategy from the ground up, including the systems, processes, and workflows needed to produce and distribute content at scale

  • You will be working from anywhere in the US

MEET YOUR TEAM

This role sits within our Marketing department and partners with Growth Gen Marketing Manager, reporting into our Senior Director, Marketing. We also have 2 Product Marketing Manager who reports into Product and a Developer Relations Engineer who reports to our CTO, all of whom are EU based. You will have the chance to work cross-functionally with the product, engineering, sales, customer, and marketing teams to develop the future of our content and branding presence in the market.
