About Us

At Prenuvo, we are on a mission to flip the paradigm from reactive “sick-care” to proactive health care. Our award-winning whole body scan is fast (under 1 hour), safe (MRI has no ionizing radiation), and non-invasive (no contrast). Our unique integrated stack of optimized hardware, software, and increasingly AI, coupled with the patient-centric experience across our domestic and global clinics, have allowed us to lead the change against “we caught it too late again".

We’re looking for a Senior Contracts and Legal Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day management of the company's commercial, vendor, and procurement agreements while building the legal operations infrastructure to support rapid growth. This is a hybrid contracts-and-legal-ops role: you will draft, negotiate, and manage contracts across the business while also designing and implementing AI-powered workflows, CLM systems, and automation tools that make the legal team faster and more scalable.

You will report to the General Counsel and work closely with Sales, Finance, Security, Privacy, and Clinical Operations teams. The ideal candidate is someone who is equally comfortable redlining a services agreement and configuring a no-code automation workflow.

Help reshape the world through proactive healthcare while working with cutting-edge technology and high performing teams with deep expertise - join us to make a difference in people’s lives!

What You'll Do

  • Draft, review, negotiate, and execute a high volume of commercial agreements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business teams on contract questions, guiding stakeholders through the contracting process from intake to signature.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Security, and Privacy teams to facilitate compliance with internal contracting processes , fostering collaboration across departments.
  • Assist with corporate maintenance, including annual filings and corporate hygiene.
  • Develop and maintain contract templates, playbooks, and clause libraries aligned with Prenuvo's risk tolerance and policies.
  • Track contract obligations, renewal dates, and key milestones to ensure compliance and timely action.

Legal Operations & Technology

  • Harness the power of technology to implement and maintain a cutting-edge contract management system, integrating automated solutions to manage and triage a large volume of contracts, expedite contract review, and drive innovation and efficiency in our legal operations.
  • Design and deploy AI-powered and agentic workflows to automate routine contract review, triage, and approval processes.
  • Build integrations across legal tools and business systems using low-code/no-code automation platforms.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that increase the legal team's speed and capacity.

General Legal Support

  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Security, and Privacy teams on contracting processes and cross-functional compliance matters.
  • Assist with corporate maintenance, including entity management, annual filings, and corporate governance records.
  • Support other legal team projects and initiatives as needed.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 6+ years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or a comparable in-house legal support role.
  • Strong experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements (SaaS, vendor, procurement, services).
  • Experience implementing or administering CLM systems (e.g., Ironclad, Agiloft, DocuSign CLM, or similar).
  • Proficiency with AI-powered legal tools and the ability to design workflows that automate routine legal processes.
  • Working knowledge of low-code/no-code automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, Power Automate) to build integrations across systems.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage a high-volume workload, prioritize competing demands, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain contract terms and legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities.

Preferred

  • J.D. or paralegal certificate.
  • Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or another regulated industry.
  • Familiarity with healthcare-specific agreements (BAAs, clinical services agreements, medical device or imaging contracts).
  • Experience supporting contracting across multiple countries or legal systems.
  • Certified Contract Manager (CCM) or similar professional certification.
